The purpose of the role is to support the existing Axiom Customer Service team to deliver excellent quality call handling for Axiom customers. We are looking for someone who demonstrates excellent social skills with the ability to establish and maintain good/productive relationships with colleagues and customers. You will need to have the ability to display a logical and methodical approach to problem solving and a real desire to provide exceptional customer service and to take pride in a job well done. |

| Requirements |
| New collage or university graduates.
Fluent in English & Arabic.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal, written and numeracy.
PC Literate- especially with Microsoft Word & Excel.
Ability to engage with customers to consistently deliver the highest standard of Customer Service.
Committed to getting it “right first time.
Ability to learn & utilize new skills.
Be flexible with shift patterns.
Be committed, energetic and enthusiastic.
The ability to achieve results on your own and as part of a team.
Ability to handle personal targets and to demonstrate drive and initiative to attain them. |
