SR. Admin Coordinator

The candidate is responsible in coordinating with the service providers and travel agencies in the air ticket and hotel booking for business travels. In addition, the candidate coordinates in the arrangements of telephone applications, rental of cars for the staff, order and delivery of office stationeries ensuring all these are compliance to the timeframe.

 
Requirements
  • College graduate.
  • Good in Microsoft Office packages (Word and Excel).
  • Good communication skills.
