Step 1 - Job application

Step 2 - Application review

Axiom is committed to hiring the best talent for each of its positions. Our recruiters evaluate applications based on overall experience, education, and skills required for the position and contact the most qualified candidates to begin the interview process. We encourage you to apply for other positions for which you qualify.

Step 3 - Assessment/ Technical Testing

Depending on the position for which you have applied, the next step of our recruiting process may require an assessment test or a technical test. If the position requires a test, you will be invited to complete the testing process by the Talent Acquisition team.

Step 4 - Interview Process

The first step of the interview process typically begins with a telephonic interview by the Talent acquisition team. Based on the initial pre-screening evaluation, shortlisted candidates will be progressed to a live interview with the hiring manager. This may be either in the form of a face-to- face interview or Skype interview depending upon your current location. Once the interview is completed, feedback will be provided. It will then be determined if your experience, education, and skills make you the best candidate for the job.

Step 5 - Selection Notification

The Talent Acquisition team will notify you as soon as a decision has been made regarding your candidature. If you are not selected for this position, we will continue to maintain your details on file for review against future positions.

Step 6 - Pre-Employment Checks

As part of our process, we are required to complete reference checks. The Talent Acquisition team will secure details of referees from you in order to initiate the process.

Step 7 - Contract & On-boarding

We will provide you with an employment contract which will outline the details of your offer. Once your acceptance is received, our HR Onboarding team will be in touch with you to complete joining formalities such as visa processing, start date finalization, induction scheduling.
