Blackberry Terms & Conditions
- BlackBerry devices purchased from an Axiom Retail Outlet will be repaired within 1 hour or replaced with a new handset.
- BlackBerry devices purchased from a non – Axiom outlet but carrying an Axiom warranty will be repaired within 24 hours or replaced with a new handset.
- The Express service repair program is applicable for Axiom warranty customers in UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain. The warranty is valid only in the respective country of purchase.
- The Express service repair program is applicable for customers who have purchased their BlackBerry device from January 21 2011 onwards.
- The Express service repair program is applicable only to customers visiting the Axiom Authorized Service Centre or Service Point. Express service is not applicable for customers who have given their handsets to a collection point or courier services.
- The Express service repair program does not cover non warranty units and units purchased before January 21, 2011.
- The Express service repair program will be provided to customers during the normal service centre/service point working hours only. The 1 hour/24 hour turnaround time is applicable on the basis of when the handset has been received in for repairs.
- Units received after the business working hours will be taken up on the next working day for repairs.
- Holidays and weekends are exempted from this program.
- The Express service repair program does not cover non warranty repairs, drop damage, liquid damage cases and epidemic cases.
- For end of life products, we will be providing the customers with an equivalent model as replacement or a voucher. The replacement model provided shall be solely at the discretion of Axiom Telecom.
- The customer shall be responsible for securing the personal data/applications in the phone before sending it for repairs. Axiom telecom shall not be held liable for any data/application loss in the handset, memory card etc.
- Axiom reserves the right to end the BlackBerry Express Warranty Service at any time without prior notice.
