Axiom Telecom is committed to your right to privacy and recognize the importance of privacy to our customers and website visitors. By reading this statement you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We will keep this policy under review and any changes made from time to time will be posted on this page. This privacy policy sets out details of the personal information we collect about you and the ways in which we may use that information.
Personal information
Axiom Telecom Endeavour to collect and use your personal information only with your knowledge and consent. We may gather your information from a purchase through your customer enquiries via email or through our customer services team, when you request product information or, when you register online or enter any promotions or competitions through any channel. For web visitors, a user must first complete a registration form. During registration, the user is required to give their contact information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest. Axiom Telecom does not share any personal or private customer information submitted online with third parties. Demographic information may also be requested (such as region or PO Box). This information will be stored, analyzed and used to assist Axiom Telecom to improve our services.
The information you provide on the Axiom website and or other communication channels will be held only by Axiom Telecom and its duly authorized agents. Your information will not be given or sold to any outside organization for its use in marketing without your consent.
We may disclose your information to other companies in the Axiom Group of companies, including their respective partners, agents and sub contractors, for any relevant purposes. In addition, we may disclose your information as may be required by law, regulation or legal proceedings.
Data Collection
By submitting your personal information you accept that your details and related information will be managed by Axiom Telecom. Please note that Axiom may provide aggregate statistics and general information about Axiom customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-parties, but these statistics and general information will not include personally identifying information.
Purpose of collecting information
If you are an Axiom Telecom registered customer, we may use your personal information for the purposes of: (a) verifying that you are an authorized user if you call the Axiom Telecom customer services (b) informing you of: any service related changes affecting your purchase.
Axiom telecom may also use the personal information for the purposes of: (c) providing you with Axiom Telecom and related products and services (d) informing you of Axiom Telecom special offers and any products and services offered by The Axiom Group companies that we think may be of interest to you. Axiom Telecom may also be obliged to disclose your personal information to meet any legal or government regulatory requirements or obligations in accordance with applicable law.

From time to time Axiom Telecom also requests information from users via our online surveys and satisfaction questionnaires. Participation in these surveys is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and address), and demographic information (such as PO Box & age). Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the customer experience.

Axiom Telecom reserves the right to amend or modify this Privacy Policy at any time and in response to changes in applicable data protection and privacy legislation. Theft Insurance:
With effect from 1st April, 2001 the Insurance covers theft of Mobile Phone subject to the following Terms and Conditions
1. This Insurance is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of Purchase of the Phone from the Vendor. The original Purchase Invoice must be retained as proof of the Policy period.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
2. AXIOM’s liability in respect of the covered under the warranty be as follows:
a) Forced theft: theft that occurs due to any damage to the Customer’s private possessions (car, house, etc). An on site Police Report has to be produced to support the forced theft.
b) In case of theft of the Phone, a 30% per annum depreciation charge will be deducted from the prevailing price of the same model of the Phone on the date of loss in settlement of the claim.
c) To produce the receipt of the sim card cancellation from Etisalat or Du.
d) The final decision to approve the claim will be at the discretion of AXIOM TELECOM management.
3. The following are also excluded from the Insurance:
a) Loss of accessories including but not limited to carrying cases, batteries, chargers, external antenna, handsfree sets, mounting kits or any other accessory or equipment which is not an integer part of the Phone.
b) Losses resulting from unexplained or unsubstantiated disappearances.
4. The following documents must be submitted for the settlement of any claim:
a) Original Purchase Invoice.
b) Original Warranty Card with Vendor’s Seal $ Signature.
c) Claim From duly completed and signed.
d) Phone Report supporting forced theft and sim card cancellation document.
