لااسف رد غير مقنع , لان من شروطكم تم رفض اصلاح الجهاز من قبلي ادفع مبلغ الصيانة وهذا ما وضحه لي مستقبل الصيانة , اما ان ترفضون اصلاح الجهاز وتكلفوني بمبلغ اجور الفحص هذا مالا يقبله لا العقل ولا المنطق ارجو من الادارة تغيير سياستها لان سمعتكم بالصيانه مع الاسف غير معتمد عليها من قبل المستخدمين abo_nader

كلما سمعناها كثير من مراكز الصيانة , يوجد بالجهاز رطوبة غير قادرين علي اصلاحة وقد الغي الضمان . هذا اعذاركم داما مع الاسف , غير قلت خبرة عمال الصيانة الزباين افهم منهم بالتحديث والسوفت وير ... الخ والمشكلة اذا جيت تستلم الجهاز لازم تدفع 50 ريال علشان ما صلحته عندهم طيب الجهاز ما تقدرون تصلحونه تجبروني اني اذا يغيت استلمه ادفع 50 ريال لي باي حق لو ما خوفي علي راسب المسيكين اللي توه مستلم الوضيفة اني مستعجل الا كان سويتها سالفه بفرعكم , علي العموم ضمانكم مع الاسف زي قلته Abo_Nader
