Axiom Telecom, established in 1997 by Faisal Al Bannai, is the largest and primary authorized retailer and distributor of leading international brands, including BlackBerry, Nokia, Sony Ericsson, LG, Samsung, Motorola, Apple, Thuraya, and Givori. In addition to mobile retail and distribution, Axiom is also a strategic partner of telecom service providers, du in the UAE, and Mobily in Saudi Arabia. Axiom Telecom specializes in mobile phones, tablets and operator services.
The company is made up of different business units: Retail, Wholesale, Direct Distribution, Service provider, and Value-added Services. Additionally, Axiom has a dedicated Call Center manned by trained customer service advisors who attend calls, provide expert technical support, and offer customers their assistance in day-to-day queries. Axiom’s mobile solutions division offers value-added services including Mobile Payments, Mobile Banking, Mobile Marketing, and SMS2TV services directly to consumers and enterprise customers.
The Axiom name equates quality and originality, and holds the promise of the best after-sale service in the region, provided by highly trained professionals. Axiom employs over 1,500 people and has over 500 outlets across the UAE, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, UK, and India. Axiom’s vision is to keep its customers up-to-date with the newest developments in communication – staying at the cutting-edge of the wireless revolution, whether it’s mobile phones, smartphones, tablets or Bluetooth technology. Axiom Telecom continuously seeks ways to enhance its offering and grow its loyal customer base to ensure that all of their wireless needs are satisfied.
All Axiom outlets have dedicated in-store advisors to aid customers in choosing the right phone and service, as well as to offer technical support. There are specialized ‘Solution Bays’ with knowledgeable staff to demonstrate the latest solutions to consumers, including software and applications such as GPS, email, and music. Customers are given the opportunity to experiment and familiarize themselves with the newest solutions through the live demo stations, enabling them to make the right purchasing decision to meet their needs.
Axiom is also the first and only telecom retailer that has a pick-up, repair and delivery service. This free service, exclusive to Axiom customers, provides them the convenience of getting their phone repaired without leaving their homes. Axiom has also just launched a brand new ’60 seconds contacts transfer’ service that allows customers to transfer their data from their old phone to their new phone instantly.
In addition to its own branded outlets, Axiom owns and operates stores through partner arrangements in the UAE and KSA with major retailers and petrol service stations. In the UAE, Axiom has an exclusive partnership with Spinney’s, a leading supermarket retailer. Axiom is also telecom partner to Emarat & Adnoc Service Stations, where accessories are sold at over 150 stations. Axiom’s partner arrangements in KSA include leading businesses such as Farm Superstores, Giant Stores, Tamim, Bin Dawood, Danube, Rotana, and Othaim.
