When will I get my order?
If you're located within the UAE, axiom uses its own vans and bikers to deliver within 2 hours in Dubai & Sharjah & Abu Dhabi.Check our Terms& Conditions for specific areas/ regions. For deliveries to certain areas of Abu Dhabi, Al Ain Fujairah and RAK we use Aramex and this takes a maximum of 48hrs to be delivered. Delivery takes place from Saturday through Thursday. Most orders within the UAE are delivered on the same day.
If you're located outside the UAE, we currently deliver across the world in partnership with Aramex. Most international orders are usually delivered in 3 to 7 business days. International orders are usually subject to customs clearance. Unfortunately as since this isn't something that we can control, customs clearance delays may on occasion delay your delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you've accidentally placed an order or made a mistake while ordering, please give us a call at 800 AXIOM  and one of our call center representatives will assist you.
How do I remove a product from my cart?
It's pretty easy! Move your mouse over the cart and locate the product that you want to remove and click the 'Remove' button.
Can I cancel an order after I've paid?
You sure can. Please give us a ring on 800 AXIOM  or get in touch right away so that we can stop processing your order before it is dispatched out.
If your order has already been dispatched out you may need to wait for it to arrive and then get in touch so that we can process it as a return.
Do you accept telephone orders?
Yes we accept telephone orders, you can call us at 800 AXIOM (29466).
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email immediately after placing an order with us.You can view the status of your order once you login into your Account and under the My Account tab.

Is it safe to use my credit card or debit card?
Yes, shopping at www.axiomtelecom.com is 100% safe. Credit card payments are processed through Network International, a payment gateway that interfaces with various banks. Network International uses the latest encryption technology to protect your credit card information. It encrypts your credit card number so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
Furthermore, Network International also asks you to enter the CVV (Credit Verification Value) number on your credit card. This is a 3 digit number which follows your credit card number and can be viewed on the back of the card to ensure that the person entering the card number has the physical card with him/her.

Does www.axiomtelecom.com store my credit card or debit card information?
www.axiomtelecom.com does not collect or store your account information at all. Your transaction is authorized at multiple points, first by Network International and subsequently by Visa/Mastercard secure directly without any information passing through us.
Do you accept Returns & Replacements ?
If a product is found to be defective or not found to be working as per the required specifications, customer will have to take the unit to the nearest Phonecare service center.
The normal repair process would take 2 to 3 working days but in the event the device has to be sent to higher level of repairs it would take 7 to 10 working days. On completion of the repair, the customer will be notified by SMS.
The decision about replacement of a product will vary on case-to-case basis based on the following criteria:
• Dead on arrival (If the product is not functioning upon receiving the goods from the courier, the customer must immediately contact the customer service number (within 24 hours) and take the unit to the nearest Phone care service center. The phone care technical team will analyze the device based on which customer will be provided with a replacement unit within 24 to 48 hours by courier.
• In the event that a product is malfunctioning and can't be repaired, then the main board of the device will be replaced and will not be replaced with commercial stock.
If a product is found to be misused, mishandled, tampered or any form of unauthorized repair carried out on the device, the unit will be considered out of warranty and the customer will be charged for repairs. The same applies if a product is found to be damaged by liquids.
In the event a customer is not happy with the product (eg. Color, model, looks) then the product will not be applicable for exchange.
What kind of payments do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery , credit and debit card from all major banks and bank transfer. axiom telecom has also partnered with Emirates NBD, Mashreq Bank, Barclays bank and NBAD to provide you with 0% instalments on any order of AED 500 and above.
Can I pay in monthly installments?
Here's what you have to do: After 24 hours of placing the order, call your bank and provide them with your online order number and request if you want the installments for 3-6-12 months.
Do you accept payment on delivery?
Within the UAE
Yes we do! Just choose "Cash on Delivery" as your payment option when you're checking out. International Deliveries - Unfortunately we don't accept Cash on Delivery or any other delivery based payments. We accept a range of credit cards and bank transfers. Once you make a bank transfer kindly send us a copy of the transfer receipt and we will process the order.
Do you accept bank transfers?
Yes we accept bank transfers, once you place your order by selecting bank transfer you will receive an email with the bank details. You can then make the bank transfer and send us a copy of the transfer copy to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number.
How do I update My Account Information??
