Axiom Telecom receives Dubai Quality Award

Axiom Telecom was today awarded the Dubai Quality Award for its innovative business approach and contribution to the growth of the technology sector and the UAE’s economy.
A leading multi-brand, multi-channel distributor and retailer of mobile telecommunications devices, accessories and telecom services in the Middle East, Axiom Telecom was recognized for its commitment to customer service and implementation of several globally acclaimed corporate practices such as the Toyota Production System (TPS), 5s, Kaizen, A3 philosophy and customized all of these into its own approach which is the ‘Axiom Improvement Management System (AIMS)’ program.
These practices involve employees across all levels of the organization to proactively contribute to creating a culture of continual improvement and waste elimination. Since the overhaul in business processes, Axiom Telecom has witnessed an increase in its service efficiency, employee productivity and optimum utilization of existing resources. Implementation of these processes has also helped create an ecosystem system focused on growth and has contributed to substantial savings for the company.
Abdul Aziz Mohammad Al Bannai, chairman, Axiom Telecom and his son, Faisal Al Bannai, CEO, Axiom Telecom, who received the award from HH Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, said, “We are honored to receive the prestigious Dubai Quality Award.
