Conditions of Use

Product Display/Colors

axiom telecom online website attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color, as the display of the color depends, in part, upon the monitor you are using.


Errors on Our Site

Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and axiom telecom online reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors,descriptions ,specifications, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, axiom telecom online will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with axiom telecom’s online Return Policy.

 

Pricing Policy

Online prices and selection generally match those in our stores, but may vary. Prices and offers are subject to change.

 

Paying for Your Order

You may pay for your orders with major credit cards.
Generally, credit and debit cards are not charged until we either ship the item(s) to you or confirm store availability (at which time you will be charged only for the goods we have actually  shipping charges). However, we may pre-authorize your order amount with your credit or debit card issuer at the time you place the order, which may have an effect on your available credit line. When paying for a pre-order with a debit card you will be charged at the time you place your pre-order. Please contact your credit card issuer for more information.

 

Refund Policy

 

Refunds will only be provided if the order is cancelled due to the following reasons ,product not available ,product damaged, product out of stock, Cancelled by the customer.

 

Credit/Debit card Online  - If an order is placed by credit card and the order is cancelled for the above reasons , the money will be automatically credited back to your Bank. This usually take 10-20 days depending on your bank after axiom has initiated the refund.

 

Bank Transfer - If you have made a Bank transfer and the order has been cancelled due to the above reasons, we will offer a online voucher with the same value which can be redeemed online. No cash Refund will be provided.

 

Cash on Delivery - If you have made a cash payment and the order has been cancelled due to the above reasons, we will offer a online voucher with the same value which can be redeemed online. No cash Refund will be provided.

 

Credit card on Delivery - If you have made a credit card payment  and the order has been cancelled due to the above reasons, we will offer a online voucher with the same value which can be redeemed online. No cash Refund will be provided.

Refunds are subject to timelines from your customers' banks, and Axiom Telecom will not responsible for any delays once the refund has been issued to the bank from Axiom Telecom's side. 

Note: For all Refunds only the value of the item will be Refunded and not the shipping charges.

 

 

Using Promotional Codes

Unlike credit or debit cards, Promotional Codes used on Digital Coupons are debited at the time an order is placed. Digital Coupons will automatically be redeemed to purchase totals, up to the total purchase amount. Digital Coupons must be used prior to their noted expiration date and within a single transaction. Coupon cannot be replaced if it is lost, stolen, deleted, or if you cancel or return your purchase. In the event of a reduction in price below the coupon value, the excess value of the coupon will not be refunded. Digital coupons and vouchers can be used only on our online website.

 

Validating Your Order

After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order.
Your credit or debit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card.

 

Order Acceptance/Confirmation

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. axiom telecom online website reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Repair & Return Policy
If a product is found to be defective or not found to be working as per the required specifications, the customer will have to take the unit to the nearest axiom care service center.
The normal repair process would take 2 to 3 working days but in the event the device has to be sent to higher level of repairs it would take 7 to 10 working days. On completion of the repair customer will be notified by SMS.
The decision on replacement of a product will vary on case to case basis and there will be certain criteria for that:
• Dead on arrival (If the product is not functioning on reception from the courier, the customer has to contact the customer service number immediately (within 24 hours) and take the unit to the nearest axiom care service center. A replacement unit will be provided within 4 to 5 days by courier based on the analysis by the axiom care technical team.
• In the event that a product is malfunctioning and not repairable, it will not be replaced with commercial stock – only the main board of the device will be replaced.
If a product is found to be misused, mishandled, tampered with or any form of unauthorized repair carried out on the device, the unit will be considered out of warranty and the customer will be charged for repairs. The same applies if a product is found to be liquid damaged.
• LTE cellular functionality  / Facetime  is designed for specific countries and regions. Your replacement product will not include or function in the same way as your original unit. 
Refer to the particular country's rules and regulations - e.g. refer to the Apple website for more terms and conditions..
• Find My iPhone (FMiP) service must be disabled  before submitting for repairs and deactivate Activation Lock for iCloud.

In the event a customer is not happy with the product (e.g. color, model, appearance) then the product will not be applicable for exchange.

No Returns or Exchanges for Interntional orders


Order Limitations/Limited Quantities

axiom telecom may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. axiom telecom online also reserves the right to reject any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same axiom telecom online website account, the same credit card, and orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made. axiom telecom online reserves the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers.

 

Shipping Fees:

Shipping costs are based on a combination of the following:
Weight and dimensions of your package
Method of shipment (ground, air, sea, rail etc.)
Location you are shipping from (city, state, country)
Location you are shipping to (the destination country)

We also offer free shipping within the UAE, for orders of AED 500 and above. Shipping costs to other countries will be calculated on your shopping cart during checkout.

Costs can be considerably higher for international destinations, and generally  not include additional charges such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. For example, international rates may include pickup and door-to-door delivery .Customs clearance. Extended Area Surcharges may apply depending on the international location and is not included in the shipping Fees.This should be paid by the customer recieving the goods.

Shipping Mode:

We have our own courier for deliveries to Dubai & Sharjah, but use Aramex for deliveries to all other Emirates and for international orders.

Delivery Time Frame:

Within the UAE : 24-48 hours
Within Dubai & Sharjah: 24 hours
All other Emirates: 48 hours
Within the GCC: 3-7 days
All other international destinations: up to 10 days.

 

Cancellation Policy

In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been shipped, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. The refund process would take 10 to 30 days and would be reimbursed to your credit card. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been shipped. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by axiom telecom and accepts the cancellation policies. For Bank Transfer order, if payment is not received in 3 days the order will be cancelled automatically.


Termination of Use

axiom telecom may, in its sole discretion, terminate your account or your use of the axiom telecom online website at any time. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to termination. axiom telecom online reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue all or any aspects of the axiom telecom online website at any time without prior notice.

 

Warranty

Axiom as an authorized distributor / retailer warrants to you that, during the warranty period specified in the invoice, Axiom or Axiom authorized service centers will, in a commercially reasonable time remedy the manufacturing defects in the handset, provided that the customer returns the product along with the original proof of purchase for repair by visiting the nearest axiom service center.

 

Warranty Period

  • The warranty period starts at the time of the product’s original purchase by the first end user. The product may consist of several different parts, and different parts may be covered by a different warranty period.
  • The warranty period will not be extended or renewed due to the authorized repair or replacement of the product.

 

How to get Warranty Service

  • You should return the handset to Axiom authorized service centers within a reasonable time before the expiry of the warranty period.
  • You will be required to provide the product and the original proof of purchase (Invoice), which clearly indicates the name and address of the seller, the date and place of purchase, the product type, and the IMEI or other serial Number.

 

LIMITED WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS:

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

  • This limited warranty covers the handset only and it’s valid and enforceable only within the country of purchase unless it’s a GCC warranty.
  • For all accessories, the warranty terms and conditions shall be applicable as warranted by the manufacturer. External and supplied accessories, as well as those purchased separately, are not subject to the scope of this limited warranty.
  • Repaired Product will be warranted for the balance of the original warranty period, in case of any manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired or fixed, Axiom or its authorized service centers are authorized to replace only the motherboard as per the manufacturer’s troubleshooting and the warranty replacement guidelines.
  • For all accessories, the warranty terms and conditions shall be applicable as warranted by the manufacturer. External and supplied accessories, as well as those purchased separately, are not subject to the scope of this limited warranty. 
  • Repaired Product will be warranted for the balance of the original warranty period, in case of any manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired or fixed, Axiom or its authorized service centers are authorized to replace only the motherboard as per the manufacturer’s troubleshooting and the warranty replacement guidelines.
  • If the product is beyond economical repair or has reached end of life or discontinued, Axiom may at its absolute discretion replace the handset with a suitable equivalent model of the same brand. 
  • All parts of the product that Axiom has replaced shall become the property of Axiom. If the product is found not to be covered by the terms and conditions of this limited warranty, Axiom and its authorized service centers reserve the right to charge a repair charge and handling fees.

 

Other Important Notices

  • Please remember to make back-up copies or keep written records of all important content and data stored in your product, because content and data may be lost during repair or replacement of the product. Axiom shall not under any circumstances be liable ,either expressly or implied, for any damages or losses of any kind whatsoever resulting from loss of, damage to, or corruption of , content or data during repair or replacement of the product.
  • Your product may contain country specific elements, including software. If the product has been re-exported from its original destination country to another country, the product may contain country specific elements that are not considered to be a defect under this limited warranty.
  • There are some brands and models which  are not covered under Axiom limited  warranty, but supplier warranty, for which the average Repair turnaround time = 10 to 15 days , in such cases Axiom phone care shall facilitate  coordination with the suppliers for repair and return in case of the customer refused to deal with the supplier directly.
  •  In some cases when making a claim under this limited warranty, you will be required to provide the full box.

What is not covered?

  1. This limited warranty does not cover any third party software, settings, content, data, or links. Axiom does not warrant that any software will meet your requirements , will work in combination with any hardware or software provided by a third party , that the operation of any software will be uninterrupted or error free , or that any defects in the software are correctable or will be corrected.
  2. This limited warranty does not cover 

A)Normal wear and tear (including, without limitation, wear and tear of camera lenses , batteries, or displays).

B)Defects caused by rough handling (including, without limitation, defects caused by sharp items, by bending, denting, compressing or dropping, etc.)

C)Defects or damage caused by misuse of the product, including use that is contrary to the instructions provided by the manufacturer.

3.  This limited warranty does not cover defects or alleged defects caused by the fact that the product was used with or connected to any product, accessory, software and/or service not manufactured or supplied by the manufacturer, or was used otherwise than for its intended use.

4.  This limited warranty does not cover defects caused by the battery being short-circuited , the seals of the battery enclosure or cells being broken or tampered with , or the battery being used in equipment other than that for which it has been specified.

5.  This limited warranty is not enforceable if the product has been opened , modified or repaired by anyone other than Axiom authorized service centers , if it has been repaired using unauthorized spare parts or if the product serial number or the IMEI number has been removed , erased , defaced or altered in any way. This shall be determined at the sole discretion of Axiom.

6.  The limited warranty is not enforceable and does not cover any damage due to accident, transportation, misuse, negligence, natural disaster, humidity, extreme thermal or environmental conditions or rapid changes in such conditions, corrosion, oxidation, rust, gradual deterioration due to wear and tear, cosmetic modification, drop damage/liquid damage and use with voltages other than designated or operation in a manner not in accordance with the manufacturer’s instruction manual. In such events or attempts to service, and if the product is found to be non-repairable, axiom telecom shall not be held responsible to return the handset in the original state. 

 


Pick up, Repair & Delivery T&Cs

- It’s a value added service applicable within the warranty period for the handsets purchased from axiom showrooms.
- The set condition will be verified upon receiving the handset at the service center, and the Service Center findings will be   considered as final.
- Pick up, repair & delivery handsets are not entitled for the Express Repair program.
- Customers are not eligible for standby phone when availing from Pick up & Delivery.

- Same-day pick up, repair & delivery service is not applicable.

- Customer shall make back-up copies of all important content and data, because content and data may be lost during repair or replacement of the product.

- Axiom shall not under any circumstances be liable ,either expressly or implied, for any damages or losses of any kind whatsoever resulting from loss of, damage to, or corruption of , content or data during repair or replacement of the product.

- Customers shall pay the repair cost in the nearest axiom retail store or axiom service center.

Price Protection T&Cs

Customers should visit the retail store within 15 days of receiving the SMS.
- Customers should provide the original invoice.
- Customers should visit to the same retail store where they purchased the phone.
- The price drop should be equal to or more than AED 50.
- Handsets purchased with an offer are not included in the Price Protection Guarantee.


60 Seconds Data Transfer T&Cs

Axiom will transfer your contacts from your old phone to your new phone in 60 seconds and this service can also be used when possible to transfer user data.

  • Data transfer is a value added service applicable within the warranty period for the handsets purchased from axiom show rooms.
  • The length of the transfer may vary depending on the amount of data on your old phone depending on which operating systems are installed on the old phone and new phone.
  • The data transfer is compatible with most popular mobile brands; however, there might be some exceptions¬.
  • Data Transfer depends on software availability of both old and new handset.
  • The customers shall provide the proof of purchase “Invoice” upon asking for this service during the warranty period specified in the invoice provided that warranty should be valid, not expired or cancelled due to infractions of warranty terms.
  • Axiom guarantee that the data transfer process is a defect-free process; however axiom holds no liability in case of losing data due to technical issues related to the condition of the old handset.

2 Hour Delivery is available from Saturday to Thursday for orders placed between 10 am and 7.00 pm.The service is not available on Fridays or Government holidays.

Credit card orders additional verification is required.Delivery will be done only after validation is done.

Bank Transfer orders are not included for the 2 hour Delivery.

Confirmed delivery locations are only considered for 2 hour delivery, if customer changes the location after the product is out for delivery these orders are not valid for 2 hour delivery.

Pre-Orders are not Eligible for 2 Hour delivery.

Damage Insurance Terms & Conditions

 

Priority Repair Service:

·       This service can be availed only at Axiom’s designated service centers, during warranty period

·       Customer should show original invoice to avail the service.

·       Customer can jump the queue and get urgent access to the service adviser, upon guidance by greeting staff

·       This service can only be used for repairs linked to the device against which this service was purchased (it cannot be used for other devices that the customer owns)

·       This service covers expedited repair only for warranty related repairs.

·       If the repair is related to non-warranty issues, e.g. accidental damage or device misuse, then the 24 hour repair guarantee will not apply

·       Customer will be given money-back guarantee (equal to price paid for purchasing Priority Service) if Axiom is unable to repair the warranty related issue within 24 hours

·       The money-back guarantee will be provided only once to the customer, in the form of credit voucher and service will be no longer remain valid. Cash will not be provided

·       This service can be availed for maximum three times during the warranty period - if money-back guarantee is not availed

·       The 24 repair guarantee is applicable during business hours only, i.e. if customer submits the device on evening before holiday/weekend, then 24 hours guarantee will extend till next working day

·       The service can be utilized only in the following specified service centers (NOTE: SAMSUNG devices are priority serviced only where specified in below list)

Value Added Tax(VAT)

It is agreed that the Prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). Where VAT is payable by Axiom Telecom LLC (Axiom) the agreed consideration for the supply shall include the amount of VAT payable applicable at the prevailing rate at the time the supply is made as a result of applicable legislation in the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The Consumer Code of Rights was issued under UAE Federal Law (24) 2006 by the Ministry of Economy (MoE). In Dubai, the Department of Economic Development's (DED) Commercial Control and Consumer Protection vision has been charged with the responsibility to ensure that consumers and retailers alike comply with the Consumer Code of Rights, understand their responsibilities and, where resolution is sought, facilitate this process between retailers and consumers.
